As part of our Virtual Boot Camp Program we encourage all members to purchase a resistance band to make the most out of our training sessions and help with longevity and injury prevention.
The 10LBS would be ideal for most females, and the 25LBS for most males. However we appreciate there's such a large varience in peoples strength across different exercises. But the great thing about bands is we can create more resistance by doubling, tying or holding it at different positions.
