10 Things Fit Mums Refuse To Do

To be successful in achieving your health and fitness, business, family, career, or life goals you should model someone who is already successful at it.

 

This allows you to learn from their mistakes and achieve your goals sooner.

 

Successful people have traits or habits that they do consistently, and below we have 10 things Fit Mums refuse to do, which you can model to help you achieve your goals!

  1. Leave the house without a pre organised snack. 

  2. Leave their exercise until later in the day, they always get it done as early as possible in the day. 

  3. Buy un-healthy snacks for them or the family, they prefer to make things themselves and avoid the temptation of having it there.

  4. Drink alcohol on more than 2 nights a week, and they always moderate their intake.

  5. Go More than 2 days without some form of exercise.

  6. Catch up with friends at places they know have no healthy options on the menu.

  7. Not have a large drink bottle with them, and drink anything less than 2ltrs of water per day.

  8. Have more than 3 or 4 unhealthy or not so good meals each week.

  9. Not set goals, not be detailed with them, and not check back on them regularly.

  10. Not have some kind of coach, mentor or someone to model success from.
