Looking for a great healthy meal for the whole family?
This turkey burger recipe is one of my favorites! If you think the kids may be a bit funny with the idea of eating turkey just tell them it’s chicken!
With some sides of veggies or salad it’s a great dinner or lunch option and keeps well refrigerated and can also be eaten cold the next day for kids lunches etc.
1kg turkey mince
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped coriander
1/2 cup chopped mint
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 cloves of garlic chopped
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Heat non-stick fry pan med/high (add 1 tsp organic coconut oil if not non stick)
Cook until golden brown and cooked all the way through
Serve with a salad or your favourite mix of veg
