So what is this 'ThriveX' all about?
Now I want to start off by saying what it’s not...
if you’re looking for a cheap program that’s just going to ‘smash you into shape’...
You know, with super tough sessions and a diet plan that encourages you to cut calories to achieve an unrealistic goal, then this isn’t it.
But if you’re looking for a solution to feeling tired every day, not having the energy or motivation to do your hair let alone stay on track with training or eating well, then this may be for you.
This program is about helping you break the daily grind, the shit, the overwhelm, the sick and tired and have you feeling your best or at least feel like you can manage all the ‘stuff’ and start taking more control of you.
The x? Because we’re multiplying the thriveness (obviously)
If you’re someone who‘s had more comebacks with your health and fitness goals than John Farnham then maybe it’s time to try something different.
LIFT - Yes we are going to be lifting weekly, twice a week in fact. But its really about lifting the areas of your life that are important to you, like your health (internal and external). I’ll be sharing many methods that I usually save for my 1 on 1 clients, things like proper nutrition (of course) supplementation and lifestyle adjustments to help with common issues like stress, lady stuff, gut and digestion as well as your sleep!!
LIVE - We live a hectic life, it’s non stop, screens, people, to-do lists longer than my emails/posts and we rarely get a chance to stop, breathe, take it all in and just be YOU.
As part of this program we will be committing to a weekly early morning session of a weekend (before you can use the excuse of commitments 😉) to scale it all back, focus on slowing down, reflecting on your week and setting your goals for the next with a bunch of other cool stuff thrown in like mobility work and education on various topics.
PROGRESS - Perfection is a myth, it is the horizon we are all frantically chasing.
But progress does truly equal happiness, so each week this will be the focus. Not weight loss, not Pb’s (although both bonuses) but what you are achieving, thus setting you up for a sustainable future after this program.
