Fuse the best of social group classes and personalised 1:1 training with our semi-private personal training sessions.
If you’re looking for more guidance and accountability from a coach but don’t want to miss out on the social aspect of group training, this is the program for you.
Your coach will show you how to improve on your fitness and technique as you work harder and smarter to meet your fitness goals.
Our semi-private personal training is held in a group of 4-6 people.
These memberships also include access to TFS gym and our state-of-the-art facilities so you follow along with your customised program at your own time and pace too. These programs start from $59pw depending on how many sessions you plan to do.
